The Right Support - Competition Time

Some of us are blessed with straight hair and no spilt ends while some of us have the ability to sing; some lucky bitches, sorry, ladies out there can even claim to possess both of those attributes. I, on the other hand, can claim to have wild hair that only an industrial-sized bottle of serum and a GHD can tame and have been told on numerous occasions by the highest authorities (aka SingStar) that I am tone deaf.

Apart from that I do have one talent that I am pretty happy with. Well, maybe two. Being blessed with curves means they’re ample from my girls on top to my thighs down below. And even though they’re pretty special on their own, they still like to dress up. Which is why I was very excited to hear about this fabulous little product.

Whether you’re a lady who needs a little extra help down there or maybe you’re just looking for the best way to show ‘em off; this is the bra for you. Think of the After Eden Double Gel Bra as your new best friend. It’ll offer support when you need it, make you look good when you really need it, and most of all its er, environmentally friendly.

The Double Gel bra offers you double the support, can be worn in a multitude of ways and won’t show up underneath your t-shirt. Ding! Ding! Ding! Jackpot.

After Eden are offering one lucky reader an opportunity to win one of this magic makers.* And there are many ways you can do so.

To enter either leave a comment on this post saying why you really, really need/want one of these babies or follow After Eden on Twitter or become a fan of their Facebook page or visit their new site and tell which product you fancy. You can even do all of these just as long as you leave a comment on this post saying what you did.

*Unfortunately only peeps in SA can enter*

Good luck bitches!

What's The Point Of Living If You Don't Want To Dance

Thanks to a very lovely friend and her well-connected sister I was able to go and see Kylie perform in the comfort of the golden circle.

Considering that I am a huge fan but the tickets were nearing the same amount as my rent I made a grown-up decision a while ago to accept I was never going to see a pair of gold hot pants.

Yesterday that all changed.

If that wasn't enough excitement, I befriended a man at the concert who was tall and very helpful. As a result, I'm now the proud owner of these amazing pictures.

As for the show (and the buff dancers) all I can say is "Wow, wow, wow!"

What To Do...

...when all you really want is to go on an island holiday. An island holiday where you spend all day blissfully lounging in the sun and wearing bikinis all day. An island holiday from where you come back with tan lines and wearing a stupid shell necklace and annoy people with phrases like "That's what I learnt in Phuket" and "Sorry, usually at this time we'd be having a foot massage in Bangkok."

What to do when you don't make enough money, cannot save and spend what little moolah you have on nachos and fancy coffees with vanilla shots: you take drastic measures aka you become a grownup.

I've decided if I'm ever going to go on that holiday I need to do some serious stuff. Problem is I'm constantly broke and for some reason I cannot save money. So I opened one of those adult bank accounts where money magically disappears as soon as it comes in. This usually happens when I get paid my salary anyway but at least now I know where it's going. I've also cut back on clothes and shoe shopping and going out. I keep telling myself I'll buy wardrobes full of clothes in Thailand and I'll party so hard I'll make The Hangover 2 look like child's play.

It's really hard and very tempting to fumble but I've got my eye on the prize!

Happy Friday!

I Blame Kate!

As most ladies out there, I've been paying lots of attention to what Kate Middleton is wearing. And while I'm loving most of her looks, there is one item I'm coveting.

What we tend to love about Kate is that she teams designer gear with high street buys. And she wears outfits more than once. She's just like a regular girl! Apart from the marrying a prince thing.

One of my favourite pieces Kate is rocking and on more than one occasion are a pair of nude heels. These little beauties are from LK Bennett and are a firm favourite with Kate and even her mom and hot sister. Every time she wears them with a different ensemble I'm jealous.

I've had a little lookie over at the LK Bennett site and while the heels are still available; they're also the price of my rent. And they don't ship to SA. Sad Face. A trust-fund and some friends in the UK would help now.
